The flights are scheduled after your puppy is completely paid for. You will be given an email with fight info and a conformation number. You can call the airlines and confirm that your flight is coming in and where to pick up your puppy.

Your flight could be rescheduled. This is most often due to the weather, an illness or a kennel concern. The Dallas airport is a 2.5 hr drive for us. If your fight has to be rescheduled we will try to work with your schedule.

We know you want your puppy there as soon as possible. Airlines some times have layovers and will kennel your puppy at your expense in bad weather with out notice.
As per our vet's request we will not ship out puppies under 2lbs. Unless otherwise arranged. Puppies will have to have arrangements for hand delivery or pick up.
